Stefanie Ost has been a successful fashion model for more than 10 years and has worked with many designers and luxury brands in all the fashion capitals of the world. Her face has graced the covers of some of the world’s top fashion magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire. Adding to her professional portfolio, Stefanie has also strutted down the catwalk in runway shows for Roberto Cavalli and Christian Dior.
In 2011, Stefanie had the opportunity to turn her modelling experience into a business, helping women and men look and feel their best, while also assisting the region’s aspiring young models in achieving their dreams. She entered The Big Start, a student entrepreneur competition run by Al Tamimi Investments, and her winning business idea scooped the top prize. Stefanie originally from Germany, graduated from Middlesex University Dubai with a Bachelor of Media and Communications (Hons).

Leila Antakly from New York City, holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Goods Management from Bocconi University, Milan. She began her career in fashion producing photo shoots for Vogue Italia in New York, where she had the opportunity to work with world’s most famed fashion photographers, stylists, designers and models. She later went on to produce documentary films, started a popular blog, ninunina.com and is currently involved in many philanthropy projects around the world including Aziza’s Place in Cambodia. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places and regularly takes her pooch Mr. Coco wherever she goes. She says, “Dubai is ready for something fresh and edgy; it’s definitely an exciting time to be here”.
Headbooker, Wilhelmina Dubai
Cynthia Gutierrez is from Madrid, Spain and has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master's in Event Management from Istituto di Design (IED). She has always been passionate about film and photography and has produced photo shoots and booked Wilhelmina models in Dubai for Chanel, Cartier, Lanvin, Harvey Nichols and magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar. She has been living in Dubai for the past four years during which an interesting cross road within the fashion industry in the region emerged. “Wilhelmina Models Dubai can finally provide designers and brands access to diverse International models with different looks which helps them in realising their creative vision”, states Cynthia.
Head Hostess Booker
Fabiola, who heads the Wilhelmina Hostess division, is originally from Mexico City and began working as a model at the age of 10, appearing in over 70 TV commercials. From an early age she spent most of her free time at castings, quickly learning the importance of professionalism and discipline in order to get further in her career and achieve her aspirations.
After finishing her studies, she moved to Playa del Carmen in Mexico and began a career in hospitality. In 2008, Fabiola moved to Dubai seeking new challenges and began booking models, hostesses as well as organising and producing events. Fabiola loves Dubai and is enjoying being part of a quickly growing market and providing talent to clients she has spent time cultivating trusting and loyal relationships with.
Originally from the Philippines, Vanessa has been living in Dubai since 2008 and has a degree in Tourism Management from The Philippine Women's University. Ever since she can remember she has always wanted to work in the fashion industry and has experience as an Assistant Buyer at a popular online fashion destination. As a member of the S.O. team, her goal is to maintain a levelled head in times of success and contain a positive attitude while continuing to learn from this constantly exciting and ever changing industry.
Social Media Manager
Currently a senior at Heriot Watt University in Dubai, Neha’s interest in fashion began when she was 10 years old. Fast forward to a decade later, she’s getting her degree in Fashion Marketing and Retailing. She is responsible for all things social media, writes content for the S.O blog and handles the Wilhelmina Dubai website. An avid traveller and reader, Neha’s take on fashion is that it should be effortless.
Originally from England, Morgan has been living and studying in Dubai for the past 7 years and holds a National Diploma in Travel and Tourism from the Emirates Aviation College. With a strong passion for fashion and beauty and previous work experience in fashion retail and the film industry, Morgan has begun extending her experience within the trade further with hope to contribute to the continued success of Wilhelmina Dubai.

Currently a Business Management student at the American University in Dubai, Farah has always been passionate about the fashion and beauty industry. She contributes to the team's marketing department through the development of communication, social media and overall vision. Her goal is to help Dubai's flourishing fashion scene develop into its full potential.
